Trial Representative, Workers' Compensation (must be in or close to San Jose, CA) (Field Work - Travel Required)

📋 Description Attend and handle WC trials in San Jose and nearby areas. Support trial prep and client advocacy for WC cases. Review QME/AME reports and advise strategy. Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and defense. Prepare and finalize settlement documents. Collaborate with internal attorneys, case managers, and staff. 🎯 Requirements 2-3 years in California WC law with trial experience. Strong knowledge of CA WC procedures and regs. Experience reviewing QME/AME reports. Demonstrated ability to negotiate settlements. Experience drafting settlement documents. Excellent written and verbal communication.
