📋 Description Provide telehealth patient engagement and monitoring via phone/text/video. Support patients in the Boulder app to engage and start treatment. Educate patients about addiction, medications, and services. Provide overdose prevention, education, and safer-use guidance. Access PDMP information and monitor adherence per protocol. Assess progress and update treatment plans with the care team. 🎯 Requirements Active, unrestricted RN license in state of residency. 2+ years specialized outpatient SUD nursing experience. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred. Embrace a harm reduction approach to care. Excellent written and verbal communication; strong customer service and computer skills.
