Programme Manager (UK)

📋 Description Manage a portfolio of programmes to ensure customer success and revenue targets. Collaborate with sales and capture teams to plan scope, deliverables, and P&L. Coordinate projects, build resource-loaded plans, and oversee schedule and costs. Ensure compliance with customer requirements across programme phases. Provide clear recommendations to Product, Engineering, and Astro teams. Manage complex client/Prime/Subcontractor relationships to maintain trust. 🎯 Requirements 10+ years in Programme/Account Management or similar. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or similar technical field. Experience in Space acquisitions or Space operations; strong UK Space sector knowledge. Deep knowledge of programme management tools and best practices; integration experience. Experience with matrixed teams and collaboration with data scientists and software engineers. Cloud computing experience and familiarity with security clearance processes.
