📋 Description Perform full-cycle IT recruiting (prospecting, testing, interviewing). Assess resumes for skills and experience relative to roles. Conduct phone, Skype, and in-person interviews. Maintain two-way communication with candidates and managers. Drive onboarding activities (drug screening, background checks, orientation). Build talent pipelines and engage passive candidates. 🎯 Requirements 2-5 years of full-cycle IT recruiting experience. B.S. in IT tech preferred but not required. Sharp interview skills for technical and cultural fit. Excellent written and verbal communication. Strong multitasking across projects. Proven track record of meeting hiring targets.
