📋 Description Participate in requirements qualifications with OpCo leads to align on role needs. Support fulfillment with market insights and candidate feedback. Maintain partnership with OpCo to understand ideal candidate profiles and priorities. Own assigned requirements; adjust sourcing strategy to meet talent needs. Monitor progress and adjust plans to hit deadlines. Proactively pipeline talent and create pre-qualified pools with OpCo. 🎯 Requirements College degree preferred or relevant work experience. End-to-end recruitment experience in staffing or Corporate HR, ideally global. Experience conducting behavioral based interviews for various roles. Able to manage multiple searches and stakeholders across lifecycle. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
