📋 Description Design and scale onboarding academy and continuous learning curriculum. Build training programs to improve knowledge retention and readiness. Proven experience building programs or operational frameworks from scratch. Experience designing QA programs with measurable KPIs and outcomes. Demonstrated ability to connect training initiatives with operational improvements and business results. Experience leading managers, senior contributors, or cross-functional teams. Strong analytical skills with ability to build dashboards. Experience in healthcare operations, telehealth, or regulated environments is highly valuable.
