📋 Description Direct sourcing to fill high-volume vacancies; collaborate with Talent Sourcing to build pipelines. Follow contractual recruitment processes to meet KPIs and SLAs. Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders. Learn client business, structure, and challenges. Provide market intel and act as Talent Advisor to hiring managers.
