📋 Description Lead and execute full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles across the organization. Build relationships with regional leaders and hiring managers for successful placements. Source talent using creative, effective methods and outreach strategies. Create and manage a pipeline of internal and external candidates for critical roles. Manage employment marketing: write compelling ads and select advertising partners. Monitor postings for quality; alert leaders to fraudulent postings; manage screening. 🎯 Requirements 1-2+ years recruiting experience (corporate, operations, retail, hospitality) or equivalent operations experience. Superior attention to detail. Ability to quickly learn and utilize multiple software applications and data entry systems. Dependable and proven ability to work independently.
