📋 Description Review loan documents for franchisee closings; support operations teams. Manage a high volume of transactions; negotiate standard and complex agreements. Review existing business agreements and policies; advise on rights and obligations. Leverage legal expertise to provide practical solutions for operational priorities. Assist with strengthening legal document management and records retention. 🎯 Requirements J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school. Bar admission to at least one state; CA Bar preferred or CA in-house eligibility. Minimum 3-5 years of law firm and/or in-house experience.
