📋 Description Inspect job sites to ensure installations meet company standards and service. Use company assessment tools to evaluate installers and recommend improvements. Provide new hire and ongoing training. Oversee daily status checklists and updates. Provide floater coverage for missed installations as assigned. Advise installers on safety and respect for customer property. 🎯 Requirements Master level experience High School diploma or GED Experience in custom cabinetry installations (ability and quality) Able to lift 50 lbs and clear mobility for installation work Good sight, speech, and hearing for woodworking environment Some travel may be required 🎁 Benefits Health insurance: Medical, Dental, Vision PTO and paid holidays 401K with profit sharing 40 hours/week with overtime potential Career growth and promotional opportunities
