Senior PeopleOps Partner (HRBP) - India

📋 Description Partner with leaders to support growth and employee experience. Coach managers on performance, development, and engagement. Lead employee relations matters, investigations, and performance management. Drive initiatives to improve engagement, retention, and capability. Own core People Operations in India: onboarding, payroll, leave, policy. Partner with Recruiting, Finance, Payroll, IT for a seamless experience. 🎯 Requirements 6+ years of HR across HRBP and HR Generalist/People Ops. Strong employee relations experience handling complex workplace matters. Experience in fast-paced, high-growth organizations. Solid understanding of Indian employment laws and HR best practices.
