MLRO & Compliance Officer, UAE (ADGM) - Broker Dealer Entity

📋 Description Lead compliance and financial crime for the ADGM Broker Dealer. Dual role as Compliance Officer and MLRO; oversee AML/CFT. Design and implement policies, procedures, and monitoring programmes. Advise Board and senior management; escalate issues timely. Conduct regular reviews, testing, and gap analyses against requirements. Liaise with FSRA; remediate findings; embed requirements in product design. 🎯 Requirements 10+ years senior compliance/financial crime exp in ADGM/DIFC or regulated environments. Strong knowledge of FSRA Rules, FSMR, ADGM AML Rulebook and sanctions. Experience in Broker Dealer or trading firm; trade surveillance familiarity. Experience supporting regulatory authorisations and licensing. Experience engaging with FSRA on supervisory matters or examinations.
