📋 Description Support HSE Lead in implementing strategy and annual plans. Provide practical HSE advice, coaching and risk assessments. Improve HSMS and ensure compliance with legislative and business requirements. Facilitate incident investigations and root-cause analysis. Coordinate inspections, audits and performance monitoring. Lead HSE training, toolbox talks and worker participation. 🎯 Requirements A qualification in Health, Safety & Environment with significant work experience. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills. Ability to influence without direct authority and coach partners.
