Director of Capture

📋 Description Lead capture efforts for major federal/state opportunities across security, medical, & logistics. Coordinate and manage capture activities, teams, and resources. Develop and execute capture plans, customer engagement, and call plans. Create winning strategies with win themes, discriminators, and proof points. Lead customer meetings to communicate capabilities and value. Manage BD and proposal budgets for large-scale pursuits. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in business development and capture pursuing federal customers. Proven success winning contracts $100M+ with FEMA, DOS, DOD, or HHS. Lead complex solution planning and CONOPS in security, medical, or logistics. Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance. Bachelor’s degree required.
