Maintain Greenhouse data integrity and funnel discipline. 🎯 Requirements 3–5 years in HR/People & Culture, HRBP + full-cycle recruitment. Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business or equivalent experience. Strong knowledge of Quebec employment law; bilingual EN/FR. Experience with HiBob, Greenhouse, Deel, Basecamp, Slack, Google Suite. AI tools in workflow; prompts/automation a plus.
