HR Projects Lead (M&A & Transformation)

📋 Description Lead People workstream for acquisitions, divestments, transfers and post-acquisition integrations. Coordinate people due diligence, identifying workforce and compliance risks. Develop integration plans, governance, logs, risk registers and comms. Partner with Legal on transfer methods and documentation. Coordinate benefits, payroll, onboarding, and data harmonisation. Ensure a positive employee experience through clear comms and onboarding. 🎯 Requirements Degree in HR, Business, Law, PM or related field, or equivalent. Several years in HR project management, M&A or HR transformation. Experience leading the people aspects of mergers, acquisitions and transfers. End-to-end M&A people lifecycle incl due diligence, transfers, onboarding. Strong PM skills with multi-workstream, risks, deadlines and stakeholders.
