📋 Description Own end-to-end recruitment strategy and candidate lifecycle. Architect and execute advanced sourcing strategies for passive talent. Conduct technical and behavioral evaluations to assess fit. Partner with leadership to provide data-driven hiring insights. Lead negotiations for offers and executive compensation. Oversee onboarding workflows and HRIS data management. 🎯 Requirements 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting, technical or clinical focus. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Strong communication and stakeholder relationships. Autonomous and able to lead projects independently. Knowledge of clinical licensure and employment laws.
