Educate callers about the legal process and value of representation. Build trust to convert consultations into retained clients. Collaborate with intake specialists and attorneys for onboarding. Document case information and notes in the CRM. 🎯 Requirements J.D. from an accredited law school and active California Bar license. Preferred 2 years in employment law, litigation, or client advisory roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — confident and compassionate. Strong ability to convey legal information and inspire trust with potential clients. A genuine desire to help people, especially those facing workplace injustice.
