HR Manager

📋 Description Oversee day-to-day/operational HR activities Full recruitment cycle: sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, follow-up with candidates Manage employee relations issues and advise management on HR interpersonal challenges Act as a resource for employees, supervisors and managers to answer questions about policies, procedures, processes and programs Manage and guide supervisors with the annual review process Support the Head of Studio in the development, growth and needs of artists 🎯 Requirements Loves HR, people and well-being of the team At least 3 years of solid experience in a Human Resources related role Prior experience in the VFX/Gaming/Creative industry is a valuable asset Positive, dynamic energy, team-player, organized and detail-oriented High analytical skills and ability to make fair decisions under pressure Ability to coach and consult with all levels in the organisation 🎁 Benefits Opportunities for growth
