📋 Description Own privacy analysis for new jurisdictions to enable launches. Embed privacy-by-design into Orion's dev lifecycle. Lead DSARs with Engineering and Customer Success. Build privacy artifacts: DPIA templates and records. Run first-pass DPAs with AI to speed turnaround. Design cross-border transfer mechanisms (SCCs, TIAs). 🎯 Requirements 4+ years of privacy and data-protection law experience, GDPR and US privacy. Active US bar admission; JD from ABA-accredited law school. Proven AI fluency: Claude, Gemini, or equivalents; design AI-assisted privacy processes. Experience counseling Product and Engineering on privacy-by-design, DPIAs, and data flows. Familiarity with cross-border transfer mechanisms (SCCs, TIAs, adequacy).
