Maintain accurate case documentation and confidential employee records. 🎯 Requirements Proven experience in Human Resources with a strong focus on employee relations. Demonstrated experience managing complex employee relations casework. Strong knowledge of performance management processes and HR best practices. Experience providing practical HR advice and guidance to managers. Solid understanding of UK employment legislation and employee relations principles. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
