📋 Description Recommend and implement effective client sourcing strategies. Source qualified candidates for open client requisitions. Use diverse recruiting strategies, focusing on passive candidates. Pre-screen candidates to ensure fit before recruitment. Build and maintain candidate pipelines aligned with workforce plans. Maintain timely information on all candidate interactions. 🎯 Requirements 3-5 years of specialist recruitment experience in relevant industry. Proven ability to source via job boards, referrals, social media, web. Advanced knowledge of diversity sourcing within searches. Ability to recruit across multiple functions and industries. Strong tech: Boolean search, Outlook, Web, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
