📋 Description Lead and develop a team of Program Coordinators across APAC/NA. Ensure SLA adherence through procurement and staff augmentation. Communicate process changes for day-to-day operations. Recruit, develop and retain talent; set performance standards. Drive results; accountable for delivery of business metrics. Proactively identify challenges and implement preventive audits. 🎯 Requirements Background in recruitment operations and recruitment administration. Leadership skills: coaching, development, influencing. Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams. Experience setting expectations and providing direction.
