Recruiter/Senior Recruiter (Fixed-Term Contract - Pipelining Only)

📋 Description Undertake high-volume recruitment with direct sourcing and build candidate pipelines. Follow contractual delivery processes to meet account KPIs/SLAs. Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders. Understand the client business area, structure and challenges. Provide market intelligence and act as Talent Advisor to hiring managers. Identify and escalate risk and compliance queries. 🎯 Requirements Prior high-volume end-to-end recruitment exp in staffing or Corporate HR. Experience conducting behavioral interviews. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle a high-pressure environment.
