Compliance Manager

📋 Description Build and operationalize Foxen's compliance program across regulatory and internal obligations. Monitor state and federal activity across insurance, housing, and privacy laws. Translate regulatory requirements into practical workflows and drive accountability. Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, IT Security, Product, and Legal. Create scalable processes to manage risk and enable remediation. 🎯 Requirements 5-7+ years of experience in compliance in regulated industries. Bachelor's degree in business, legal studies, or related field; JD not required. Ability to monitor and synthesize regulatory developments into actionable guidance. Experience building and improving operational compliance programs, policies or controls. Ability to manage multiple regulatory obligations simultaneously.
