📋 Description Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection for ops, admin, tech, and leadership roles. Partner with managers to define role profiles and hiring strategies. Source candidates, screen resumes, and conduct competency-based interviews. Support leaders in hiring decisions while meeting timelines. Monitor recruitment indicators and drive improvements. Identify training needs and support development initiatives. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, HR or related fields. Solid experience as HR Generalist (recruitment, development, internal consulting). Experience managing recruitment for ops, admin, tech, and leadership roles. Knowledge of performance management, PDIs, climate, and learning & development. Experience with HR indicators and people analytics.
