📋 Description Develop and execute the overall people strategy, including workforce planning. Advise executives on leadership development, performance management, and relations. Build compensation frameworks, salary structures, and promotion criteria. Design and lead performance management with goals, reviews, and development. Manage HR operations: benefits, payroll, HR systems, policies, records. Partner with legal on employee relations, investigations, leaves, and policy. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years in HR, people ops, or organizational leadership. 3+ years leading an HR/People function in high-growth startups. Experience supporting distributed or multi-location teams. Experience as executive partner and hands-on HR practitioner. Knowledge of employee lifecycle, compensation, benefits, and performance.
