📋 Description Establish and lead a scalable enterprise learning ecosystem. Build governance, standards, and systems for training delivery. Onboard and accelerate new hire productivity across teams. Partner with leaders to identify gaps and set learning priorities. Design multimodal learning experiences (live, digital, video, microlearning). Manage learning tech platforms and analytics for reporting. 🎯 Requirements 7+ years in L&D; 3+ years leading a function or enterprise programs. Proven ability to build L&D function and scalable ecosystems from scratch. Strong instructional design; translate concepts into practical learning. Experience designing multimodal programs (live, digital, video, microlearning). Data-driven; define metrics and use insights to improve programs.
