Design tailored solutions using our AI Agent and AI Inbox. Demonstrate capabilities through compelling demonstrations for stakeholders. Lead hands-on Proof of Concept engagements in customer environments. Create detailed implementation roadmaps to ensure smooth handoffs. 🎯 Requirements 4+ years in a customer-facing technical role (pre-sales, SE, CSM, etc). Enterprise client experience; navigate complex orgs and build consensus. Experience as the 'voice of the customer' with product/engineering. Strong cross-functional collaboration with sales teams.
