Worker Engagement Specialist

📋 Description Lead deployment of digital worker voice programs in Jordan. Lead supplier platform training and technical support. Manage grievances via digital mechanism; liaise with suppliers/brands. Provide investigation/remediation support for brands as needed. Develop and update supplier/worker onboarding materials. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure deployment. 🎯 Requirements Social compliance or labour rights background with supply chains knowledge. 5+ years in global supply chain delivering social/labour impact projects. Fluent in English and Arabic; other languages appreciated. Based in Jordan; organized, conscientious and accountable. Experience in customer / client services and delivery.
