📋 Description Manage active docket of employment litigation from inception to resolution Conduct and defend depositions, including witness prep and examination Appear in court, administrative hearings, and mediation proceedings Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda and case strategy summaries Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to advance client matters Communicate with clients for case updates and gather information Monitor deadlines and ensure timely compliance with court and agency schedules 🎯 Requirements Juris Doctor from an accredited law school Active California State Bar in good standing 1–2 years in employment litigation Experience with court appearances and depositions Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Team-oriented, collaborative and professional Proficiency with Westlaw, Lexis and case management software 🎁 Benefits Competitive salary and performance bonuses Benefits: health insurance, retirement plan, unlimited PTO Professional development and CLE opportunities Supportive environment with teamwork, integrity, client service
