Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs. Interview witnesses, gather evidence, and prepare for trial. Negotiate settlements and plea agreements when appropriate. Lead department; mentor junior attorneys and support staff. 🎯 Requirements Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Bar admission to practice in relevant jurisdiction(s). 5+ years of litigation experience. 2+ years of trial experience. Strong background in procedural rules (e.g., FRCP Rule 23).
