📋 Description Deliver education programs, training sessions, and product demos for distributor partners. Support recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and development of distributor educators. Collaborate with leadership to develop educational content and training materials. Partner with international education teams for alignment on launches and training. Work with sales to strengthen salon partnerships and support growth. 🎯 Requirements Valid Cosmetology License with strong color, cutting, styling, and chemical skills. Minimum 5 years in professional beauty education, salon training, or technical sales. Experience delivering educational presentations and coaching beauty professionals. Strong color theory and technical haircare knowledge. Experience supporting distributor relationships and sales collaboration.
