📋 Description Primary point of contact with CO, COR, and Government leadership Direct all contract performance to meet technical, schedule, cost, quality objectives Lead multidisciplinary teams in IT modernization, analytics, and AI initiatives Develop and maintain PMP, QCP, Transition-In/Out plans and key docs Monitor funding, staffing, subcontractors, and overall contract execution 🎯 Requirements Active Secret clearance or above Bachelor's degree in business/management/engineering/acquisition management/IT Minimum of ten years managing large Federal/DoD professional services contracts Experience leading multidisciplinary technical and professional services teams Experience with contract cost, schedule, staffing, quality, and program performance Strong knowledge of Federal acquisition processes, contract administration, and program management best practices 🎁 Benefits Competitive salary Comprehensive health plan (dental & vision) Company-paid life and disability insurance 401(k) with company match Educational reimbursement program
