Consultant Engagement Representative (Nightshift)

📋 Description Manage consultant/contractor experience throughout assignment life cycle and communications. Provide superior support for job-related questions, concerns, or issues. Collaborate with Allegis Operating Company support teams on consultant requests. Lead monthly service touchpoints and use STP scripts with consultants. Document consultant communications in ATS/Connected; share best practices. Act as SME in the Talent Experience Program and coordinate referrals. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree required. Experience in Recruitment, Customer Service, or Voice Support. Ability to make quick decisions and follow scripts when needed. Proficient with MS Office/Outlook and related tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Nightshift schedule with hybrid work in Ortigas Pasig area.
