Recruiter/Senior Recruiter (Fixed-Term Contract - Pipelining Only)

📋 Description Lead fulfillment of high-volume vacancies with direct sourcing. Partner with Talent Sourcing to build volume pipelines. Manage recruitment lifecycle to meet KPIs/SLAs. Build relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders. Provide market intelligence and act as Talent Advisor to hiring managers. Forecast recruitment workload and monitor activity. 🎯 Requirements High-volume end-to-end recruitment experience. Behavioral-based interview experience.
