Maintain timely, accurate records of all candidate interactions. 🎯 Requirements 3-5 years of specialist recruitment experience in relevant industry or function. Demonstrated success as RSS I with potential for promotion. Creative sourcing via job boards, associations, referrals, social media; multiple advanced searches. Advanced knowledge of diversity sourcing within searches. In-depth industry knowledge.
