📋 Description Deliver MOUD via telehealth in remote outpatient care. Initiate and manage buprenorphine treatment with care team. 100% remote, full-time, W2 clinician. Practice within harm-reduction framework prioritizing patient autonomy. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate care. Maintain private HIPAA-compliant remote workspace. 🎯 Requirements Active NP license in listed states. 6 months independent outpatient buprenorphine experience. Ability to initiate care, not just continuation. Full-time 30–40 hours/week with fixed M-F shifts. Florida/Illinois/Massachusetts/Minnesota/Virginia independence licensure required.
