📋 Description Deliver MOUD via buprenorphine in remote outpatient care. Independently initiate and manage buprenorphine within a team-based model. 100% remote, full-time, W2 position. Fixed 30–40 hour weeks with 3x10s/4x8s/4x10s/5x8s shifts. Remote telehealth care aligned with harm reduction. Part-time openings listed on the careers page. 🎯 Requirements Active NP license; reside in eligible states. No PA-Cs or CNSs hired. Florida/Illinois/Massachusetts/Minnesota/Virginia must have independent practice licensure. Minimum 6 months experience in independent outpatient setting with buprenorphine initiation. Strong patient-centered practice; ability to work autonomously. Private HIPAA-compliant workspace. 🎁 Benefits Salary: 125000–140000 USD; up to 145000 in select markets for 1.0 FTE. W2 with health, dental, and vision; Boulder covers up to 100% of premiums for individuals.
