📋 Description Drive AGS DEI strategy in North America with global alignment. Lead NA DEI programs, including strategy execution and metrics. Oversee inclusive learning programs, cohort management, and impact. Govern NA Business Inclusion Group and Regional Inclusion Council. Facilitate high-impact programming with senior stakeholders.
