Sourcing Specialist (Healthcare)

📋 Description Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Build and nurture talent pipelines via job boards, social media, networks, referrals, and outreach. Conduct targeted outreach via email, phone, text, and social platforms to engage active and passive candidates. Create and manage engaging job ads, social content, and candidate communications to attract talent. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring strategies. Maintain candidate data and sourcing activity in ATS and recruitment tools. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in HR/Business/Healthcare Admin or related field; or equivalent. 1-2 years in recruitment, talent acquisition, or sourcing. Experience in healthcare recruitment; preference for clinical/non-clinical roles. Strong sourcing knowledge: Boolean search, social recruiting, passive engagement. Proficiency with ATS, sourcing platforms, social tools, and MS Office.
