Expert Engagement Lead

📋 Description Own end-to-end expert engagement lifecycle from sourcing to retention. Serve as primary contact for experts across all participation stages. Lead onboarding by introducing the program, gathering information, setting expectations, and delivering training. Build trusted long-term relationships that encourage active participation. Respond to expert inquiries and resolve platform issues promptly. Coordinate communication between experts and interviewers for productive sessions. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, HR, Psychology, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience. Experience managing stakeholder, client, or community relationships in fast-paced environments. Experience coordinating onboarding, engagement, operations, or customer success activities. Strong relationship-building and interpersonal communication skills. Excellent verbal and written communication with diverse audiences. Experience tracking progress and engagement metrics; identifying opportunities for improvement.
