📋 Description Conduct compensation market analyses to evaluate competitiveness and support pay recommendations. Perform job evaluations and apply compensation frameworks for job leveling and pay consistency. Prepare compensation analyses for hires, promotions, transfers, and market adjustments. Support merit planning, incentive programs, salary structure maintenance, and annual reviews. Analyze compensation data to identify trends and support pay equity. Create and maintain compensation reports, dashboards, and data models. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in compensation, total rewards, HR, finance, analytics, or related discipline. Working knowledge of compensation principles, market pricing, job evaluation, salary administration, and pay practices. Experience with Workday, advanced Excel, compensation surveys, and data analysis tools. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to interpret data and make clear recommendations.
