📋 Description Manage a portfolio of 100–150 major gift prospects. Identify, cultivate, solicit, and maintain high-net-worth relationships. Develop personalized donor engagement via meetings, events, site visits. Build and maintain an annual fundraising pipeline aligned with objectives. Conduct donor discovery meetings to identify new opportunities. Partner with executives to coordinate donor strategies and opportunities. 🎯 Requirements 7–10 years of progressive fundraising with major gifts. Experience managing a major gift portfolio and achieving goals. Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred. Experience in nonprofit philanthropy environments.
