Program Manager - Germany

📋 Description Deliver satellite mission programs end-to-end on time and within budget. Orchestrate across engineering, product, operations, and commercial teams. Ensure programs meet commitments while building strong customer relationships. Base in Munich or Berlin; travel to Espoo and customer sites. Drive scalable program management practices for Missions. Contribute to ICEYE's leadership in space-based ISR. 🎯 Requirements Proven experience (5–10 years) managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs Strong customer-facing experience with senior stakeholders Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams Expertise in program planning, execution, and governance (scope, schedule, budget, risk) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills under uncertainty Excellent communication across technical and non-technical audiences Fluent German (native level) and ability to obtain security clearance Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field 🎁 Benefits Health and wellbeing benefits vary by location.
