📋 Description Lead delivery of strategic programs for enterprise customers. Oversee multiple large-scale programs across locations. Align business objectives with execution and delivery teams. Drive executive-level reviews and program updates. Manage scope, budgets, timelines, risks, and contracts. Partner with sales, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure transitions. Mentor delivery leaders and promote ownership and transparency. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent. 10+ years in program management or related fields. Proven experience leading large-scale multi-site programs. Strong executive presence and stakeholder communication. Experience with automation or supply chain transformations.
