Drive continuous improvement across multiple platforms with cross-functional teams. 🎯 Requirements 6+ years in Business/Systems Analysis or related ops tech. Strong Salesforce configuration and admin experience; Admin cert a plus. Experience with workflow automation, integrations, AI-enabled solutions. Interviews stakeholders, analyzes processes, defines requirements. Manages multiple projects with competing priorities and timelines. Analytical, organizational, and communication skills; strong stakeholder mgmt. 🎁 Benefits Salary CA$123,000–CA$169,000 in Canada. Fully remote work from anywhere in Canada. Unlimited paid time off.
