📋 Description Execute complex software implementations with executive sponsors. Lead onboarding for new and existing customers with best practices. Develop and maintain project plans, WBS, and communication cadences. Track scope and change orders in partnership with the customer. Produce weekly status reports and executive communications. Identify risks and issues; implement mitigation plans. Coach teammates across time zones to enable knowledge transfer. Contribute templates, policies, and tools to scale delivery. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor degree or equivalent; PMP/PRINCE2 preferred; 5+ yrs exp. 5+ years managing enterprise software implementations or related roles. Led cross-functional, multi-time-zone teams on engagements valued $0.5M+. Knowledge of waterfall and agile PM methodologies and tools.
