📋 Description Ensure contract deliverables, staff satisfaction, and high-quality services to participants. Maintain knowledge of TANF requirements; provide case management and career advising. Empower participants to achieve self-sufficiency; monitor progress from referral through retention. Maintain caseload up to 25; engage participants in training and employment. Travel to satellite sites as needed to support participants. Develop engaging curriculum to support participant success. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher; 3+ years in career counseling or related role. Experience as an Equus Career Advisor or Equus Outreach Coordinator. Self-motivated, flexible, and team player. Strong computer, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
