📋 Description Build relationships with business leaders to influence change. Partner with HR leaders to enable talent goals across Hasbro and Wizards. Use HR data to provide insights and improve outcomes. Design organizational structure to strengthen capabilities. Foster culture and belonging through hiring and retention. Support leadership development and succession planning. 🎯 Requirements 7+ years HR experience with senior HRBP role. BS in Business or HR (or equivalent). Experience supporting leaders in Gaming/Entertainment preferred. Strong business acumen; align HR with business drivers. Organizational design and change management experience.
